1. Introduction
Thank you for visiting TripKavach. TripKavach is a trade name of Victoria Advisory Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“TripKavach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website (the “Site”), you (“you” or “user”) acknowledge and agree to accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Victoria Advisory Group LLC, operating as TripKavach.
Your use of this Site is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Any changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review this page each time you visit the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.
The Site and our services are available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Nature of Services; Intermediary Disclaimer
TripKavach is solely an intermediary platform that enables users to obtain travel assistance memberships issued by BEST MERIDIAN INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY I.I. (“BMIIC”) (the “Travel Assist Provider”). TripKavach facilitates the enrollment process and acts as a middleman between you and BMIIC.
TripKavach does not itself issue, underwrite, administer, or provide travel assistance memberships, insurance policies, or any related benefits. TripKavach is not an insurance company, insurance agent, insurance broker, or insurance advisor. Nothing on this Site constitutes insurance advice, and no information provided by TripKavach should be construed as a recommendation regarding any insurance or travel assistance product.
Important Product Classification: The travel assistance plans available through this Site are not insurance products. As expressly stated by BMIIC in its General Conditions, BMIIC plans are not under any reason an insurance or related product, nor a program of social security, prepaid medicine, medical service at home, or unlimited medical service program. The plans are limited to emergency treatment of acute cases and are oriented to primary travel assistance for sudden and unpredictable events. They are not designed for elective medical procedures, routine checkups, or long-term treatments. The fact that BMIIC is an insurance company does not make the travel assistance plans an insurance product. By enrolling through TripKavach, you acknowledge and accept this characterization.
Travel assistance memberships cover emergencies that occur while traveling abroad. These memberships have no deductibles or copayments. To activate coverage for an event, the member must contact the assistance provider within the first 24 hours of the event occurring.
Your travel assistance coverage is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions set forth by BMIIC in your membership documents. It is your responsibility to carefully read all membership documents, benefit summaries, and disclosures provided by BMIIC so that you understand the scope and limitations of your membership.

TripKavach may facilitate the processing of assistance requests on your behalf; however, this does not make TripKavach your membership provider. TripKavach does not assume any responsibility for the fulfillment of benefits, payment of assistance requests, denial of assistance requests, or the terms of the membership you enroll in.
Important: Membership coverage begins only when the member has departed from their home country, all required membership documents have been completed, and full payment has been received by BMIIC. It is the applicant’s responsibility to enroll prior to the trip start date or to request an extension before the membership expires.
Assumption of Risk. By enrolling in a travel assistance membership through TripKavach, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) travel assistance coverage is limited in scope and does not cover all potential risks, losses, or expenses that may arise during travel; (b) assistance requests may be denied by BMIIC based on the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of your membership; (c) TripKavach is not responsible for any gaps in coverage, denied assistance requests, or unmet expectations regarding your membership benefits; and (d) you assume all risk associated with any decision to travel with or without adequate coverage. You acknowledge that the travel assistance membership is not a substitute for comprehensive travel insurance, health insurance, or other forms of protection.
No Reliance. You acknowledge and agree that you are not relying on any information, representation, or statement made on this Site or by TripKavach in making any decision regarding travel, travel assistance, insurance, or any related matter. You agree that you have independently reviewed, or have had the opportunity to independently review, all membership documents, benefit summaries, General Conditions, and other disclosures issued by BMIIC prior to enrollment. Any descriptions of membership benefits on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or binding representation by TripKavach. In the event of any conflict between the information on this Site and the official membership documents issued by BMIIC, the BMIIC membership documents shall control.
3. Accuracy of Information
By enrolling through TripKavach, you warrant that all information you provide, including any attached or appended documents, is true, complete, and does not misrepresent or omit any material facts. You understand that the information you supply is relied upon in determining your eligibility for membership.
Any misrepresentation or omission of information may constitute grounds for immediate cancellation of your membership and denial of assistance requests, without refund. You are under a continuing obligation to promptly notify TripKavach and BMIIC of any material changes to the information you have provided.
4. Fees and Payment
Specific fee amounts will be disclosed at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges associated with your payment.
5. Communications
By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, you consent to being contacted by TripKavach, BMIIC, or any other authorized party via text message, email, and phone call. These communications may be necessary for membership administration, assistance request processing, and other services related to your membership. You understand that these communications may include automated messages, and that message and data rates may apply.
If you wish to opt out of certain communications, you may do so by contacting our customer service. However, communications related to the administration and servicing of your membership are essential and may not be subject to an opt-out.
6. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
Our services and the travel assistance memberships offered are available only in jurisdictions where they may be lawfully offered. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Not all memberships are available to all persons in all locations at all times. Please verify eligibility requirements and any applicable restrictions before enrolling.
7. Membership Details and Disclaimers
The travel assistance memberships described on this Site are issued and administered by BMIIC. All benefits are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the actual membership agreement issued by BMIIC. Please carefully review your membership documents.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that membership descriptions or other content on this Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Only the terms and conditions contained in your membership agreement with BMIIC are binding.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY TRIPKAVACH ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TRIPKAVACH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TRIPKAVACH MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE MEMBERSHIPS, BENEFITS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY BMIIC, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
9. Fraudulent Use
Filing an assistance request for an event that occurred prior to the time and date your membership became active is considered fraud under applicable law. By enrolling through TripKavach, you acknowledge and agree that your membership does not extend to events that occurred prior to the date and time your membership became active—including any treatment for such events, even if treatment occurs after your membership activation date.
You acknowledge and agree that attempting to use or using our services in connection with a pre-existing event is considered fraud and is punishable by law. When you submit an assistance request, we reserve the right to request any and all information required to verify that your membership was active at the time of the event.
10. Release of Medical Information
By enrolling for a travel assistance membership, you understand and agree that certain information, including sensitive medical and personal information, may need to be accessed and shared in connection with your membership and the processing of any assistance request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you authorize TripKavach, BMIIC, and any authorized partners to release and exchange information necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in these Terms, including medical records, hospital records, membership records, treatment history, and related documentation.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation before the effective date may be eligible for refund; no cancellation once active.
12. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe your credit card or account has been used without your authorization, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering such unauthorized use. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or your payment provider’s policies.
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, you agree to cooperate with us in investigating your claim. You grant us the right to use information in our possession to resolve and/or dispute the claim, including evidence of account access, account activity details, and transaction records.
13. Limitation of Liability
TripKavach acts solely as an intermediary between you and BMIIC. TripKavach is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or scope of any travel assistance benefits provided under your membership. Any disputes regarding membership benefits, coverage, or assistance request outcomes are between you and BMIIC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPKAVACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR MEMBERSHIP, OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPKAVACH’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO TRIPKAVACH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS, COVERAGE DETERMINATIONS, ASSISTANCE REQUEST OUTCOMES, BENEFIT PAYMENTS, OR DENIALS MUST BE BROUGHT SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY AGAINST BMIIC AND NOT AGAINST TRIPKAVACH. You expressly agree that TripKavach has no obligation or liability whatsoever with respect to the performance, non-performance, or quality of any benefits under your membership with BMIIC, and you waive any right to assert any such claim against TripKavach.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripKavach, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any misrepresentation or inaccuracy in information you provide; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your enrollment in or use of a travel assistance membership.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set forth in Section 16 below, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Note regarding BMIIC’s jurisdiction: BMIIC’s General Conditions provide that disputes between the Beneficiary and BMIIC are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida, United States. This Section 15 governs disputes between you and TripKavach (Victoria Advisory Group LLC) only. Disputes regarding your membership benefits, coverage, or assistance request outcomes with BMIIC are governed by BMIIC’s General Conditions and are subject to BMIIC’s chosen jurisdiction.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
a) Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact TripKavach and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed as set forth below.
b) Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or if the AAA is unavailable, by an arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, United States, or remotely via videoconference at the election of either party. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
c) Class Action Waiver. YOU AND TRIPKAVACH AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
d) Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
17. Force Majeure
TripKavach shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or disruptions to the services of BMIIC or any third-party provider.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and software, is the property of TripKavach or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without the prior written consent of TripKavach.
19. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Site and the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, TripKavach will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable data protection laws. TripKavach’s liability for any data breach shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall not exceed the liability cap set forth in Section 13.
20. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TripKavach. TripKavach has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TripKavach shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. Waiver
The failure of TripKavach to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by TripKavach.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any membership documents issued by BMIIC, constitute the entire agreement between you and TripKavach regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
24. Assignment
TripKavach may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without TripKavach’s prior written consent.
25. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the enrollment process or checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understand, and agree to these Terms, including the terms of the travel assistance membership issued by BMIIC. You further acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal counsel regarding these Terms.
